Monnier Introduces New 101-3100-M Manifold Mount Regulator

Monnier, Inc. has introduced a new mounting interface for the very popular 101-3000 series of regulators. Incorporating a regulator into a manifold has never been easier.

As the picture illustrates, the mounting mechanism is a 3/8-24 nipple that also acts as the inlet port. Two outlet ports are machined into the body and separated from the inlet by concentric o-rings.

Monnier has been successful using this regulator in multiple special applications. Many distributors have already taken advantage of Monnier's engineering and machining capabilities to have custom manifolds created that utilize the 101-3100-M style regulator.

Advantages of the 101-3100-M Regulator

Allows for multiple regulators to be incorporated into a manifold with a common inlet pressure (P1).

Valve interfaces can be machined into the adjoining manifold to simplify and condense the pneumatic circuit.

Provides the simplest means of mounting a regulator to a manifold - no mounting screws or hardware required.
